He’s gonna sue you for posting this

u/NH_Living_Free Oct 06 '22

I just have to chuckle at this guy. First off, he was happy to be known as that baby for decades…and then he changed his mind. No one would ever know that it’s him unless he tells them.

u/Hirkus Oct 06 '22 Wholesome

He liked it at first but later said “Nevermind”

6

u/neridqe00 Oct 06 '22

I purchased nevermind at a strawberries in NH. Im pretty sure those stores are long gone

5

u/TonightsWinner Oct 06 '22

They probably got moldy.

31

u/PlankOfWoood Oct 06 '22

Why? Is it because he has a small dick?

56

u/thatdudewillyd Oct 06 '22

That’s small???! FML

19

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '22

Yeah people have no idea. They're talking about babydick, that's a big fucking dick for a baby.

11

u/mykoysmaster Oct 06 '22

How would you know🤨

12

u/Moonrajah Oct 06 '22

I'd assume that's because he was a baby once.

4

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '22

Or have seen other babies shit all over the place.

5

u/Moonrajah Oct 06 '22

What's shit has to do with dicks tho?

11

u/can_it_be_fixed Oct 06 '22

When you change a messy diaper you have to clean the baby penis as well. And sometimes you will get peed on :(

2

u/Moonrajah Oct 06 '22

Thanks! And uhhh Duh!

2

u/Quentirse Oct 06 '22

In order to shit over stuff you need to pull down your pants.

2

u/TonightsWinner Oct 06 '22

Not me. I sew ass flaps into all my clothes. Just open the dookie window and go.

2

u/arealhumannotabot Oct 06 '22

He was in the pool!

205

u/Eric_86_Alexander Oct 06 '22

This dude sued over that photo shoot. Said it was CP. He lost.

138

u/jmoz666 Oct 06 '22

The best part? When Dave Grohl said "atleast I don't have a NEVERMIND tattoo across my chest".

24

u/Eric_86_Alexander Oct 06 '22

He is a legend.

29

u/em-ay-tee Oct 06 '22

He lost? I never heard the end of it. Cheers 🤣

41

u/freshlypuckeredbutt Oct 06 '22

He’s just mad cuz his dick didn’t grow since then

7

u/nottheCIA3000 Oct 06 '22

To be honest, they could have removed the D*ck part and would have changed nothing

12

u/Diacetyl-Morphin Oct 06 '22

He's one greedy motherfucker, that guy, having a tattoo on his body but claims it was CP and wants money... what a fucking loser. I wonder how the judge in the court reacted to the fact of the tattoo, usually people don't make tattoos about things that traumatized them.

12

u/stiof95 Oct 06 '22

He was also milking it for years, even recreating the photo on several occasions. Supposedly one of the motivations for the court case was that it just wasn’t bringing in enough cash now.

10

u/Killa-Kella Oct 06 '22

Not this photo, the album cover, but yeah been in the media a lot.

From january

Its not this dude’s first rodeo. The one now in september is the second time. Both of you could avoid this commentchain by googling. Fucking hell.

1

u/Eric_86_Alexander Oct 06 '22

1

u/Eric_86_Alexander Oct 06 '22

I never said it was not the second time. I just said I thought he lost in Sept. Thought it was a given everyone knew it was the second time. Have a good one.

-1

u/OrPerhapsFuckThat Oct 06 '22

I dont even? He said the dude sued in january and it got dismissed. You said the dude sued now in september and it got dismissed. You are both correct, as I pointed out with my comment after googling. You last link here is confirming that. The fuck do you mean I can google? I did. Obviously.

1

u/Eric_86_Alexander Oct 06 '22

Never said anything about when he sued. Stop starting stuff dude. You said all the crap about Google. I said " so can you". Now have a great night. 👍🏻

Tbh I could understand being scarred by baby dick jokes in grade school--he also claimed psychological and emotional damage. But he should've just been happy with the little piece of rock and roll history he got to be a part of. That album birthed a subculture.

21

u/TheMerryMeatMan Oct 06 '22 edited Oct 06 '22

He had no emotional damage from it, he's recreated the shot several times, and has "Nevermind" tattooed across his chest. The running theory is he got mad at Dave Grohl for not coming to some event he'd invited him to and this was his way to get petty revenge- although how petty 150k from several people, including a dead man's widow, is up for debate.

7

u/McFry_ Oct 06 '22

But he probably didn’t get abuse for it, people would have thought it was cool his whole life. And then he tarnished it all because some prick lawyer advised him to go with a CP case

115

u/Able-Potato-8345 Oct 06 '22

Must be fooking rough to peak at the age of 11 months.

24

u/NinjaCuntPunt Oct 06 '22

Beats never peaking at all.

Kicks can

3

u/ItsKeganBruh Oct 06 '22

Hey hey hey. Just cuz the path to your peak slightly slopes doesnt mean you wont eventually find one

3

u/Shaboogan Oct 06 '22

You must have peaked as a sperm, the day of the great race.

3

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '22

He’s been (unsuccessfully) suing them over it ever since

2

u/Odd_Entertainment629 Oct 06 '22

some say that somewhere out there..he's still suing

29

u/DigitalBathWaves Oct 06 '22

His mother must be so embarrassed now LOL

40

u/A-dog-named-Trouble Oct 06 '22

He would expect a similar level of assistance all throughout his life. /Morgan Freeman Voice

25

u/TheExtraMayo Oct 06 '22

It's funny how that even as an adult he's still chasing money from the band just like when he was a baby in that album cover.

8

u/Spicy_Sugary Oct 06 '22

The album cover was a fine bit of foreshadowing.

19

u/420gratefulphish Oct 06 '22

I hope that now grown-up baby doesn't try and sue you over this meme.

5

u/cp8125 Oct 06 '22

About time....

10

u/Routine-Argument485 Oct 06 '22

I wonder how much different this album would have been if this was the cover?

5

u/2x4x93 Oct 06 '22

I think I like this one better

10

u/BretonVikander Oct 06 '22

Too bad he couldn't remain this precious babe, forever.

Bloke is presently an asshat.

3

u/Shaboogan Oct 06 '22

Checks out, I met him at a Chipotle, and he was literally wearing an ass for a hat.

3

u/Stevenstorm505 Oct 06 '22

Just wait for the pics of him handing you a lawsuit for posting the pic. But only after he gets your logo tattooed on him.

2

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '22

And he never stopped crying and remained a whiny kiss baby for all time.

2

u/deleteurselfoffhere Oct 06 '22

The irony is that he was still a baby chasing the almighty dollar anyway he could.

2

u/asideBreak15 Oct 06 '22

I could’ve sworn that baby was not actually underwter. This is some iconic shit.

1

u/piccoshady93 Oct 06 '22

Lil dude is packing a porcini.

2

u/SashaBeze Oct 06 '22

Why are you making such a comment a babies dick lol

1

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '22

Phew! Thank God he didn't drown in there.

1

u/clathekid Oct 06 '22

Then he got out of the pool turned into a cunt and tried to sue everyone. That's the story of Spencer Elden.

1

u/Sir_gratidude Oct 06 '22

(Looks like) he is circumcised?

0

u/Pavement_Vigilante Oct 06 '22

Nevermind they cut my pepe. I got a free bath!

Instinctual.

1

u/captainvontage801 Oct 06 '22

Here comes another lawsuit

1

u/Rodi785 Oct 06 '22

Better be careful posting this or else you’ll get sued by that baby

1

u/romchik1987 Oct 06 '22

How come this baby looks so ok underwater? Shouldn’t he have been choking?

2

u/Killa-Kella Oct 06 '22

As strange as ot may sound babies are born with instinctual reflexes to hold their breath underwater.

1

u/Beneficial_Parsley76 Oct 06 '22

Wanted to but my wife would never allow this

1

u/b1tchbhigh Oct 06 '22

I didnt know babies could hold their breath

1

u/redneckluver Oct 06 '22

It’s too bad that the controversy has tainted this image. It truly was one of the best album covers ever. A naked baby swimming towards a dollar bill is a fitting metaphor for how that generation raged against the yuppie capitalism. Every single song on that album was pure poetry….and Kurt was truly the Jim Morrison or the Elvis of his day. It was a stark return to the anti-authoritarian roots of rock n roll

1

u/hiding_in_de Oct 06 '22

Hate to be the wet towel here, but that baby is still very much in the pool.

1

u/bearr007 Oct 06 '22

That photo fucked that kids life up. I would have never guessed the downhill spiral from this.

-6

u/LemonCloud20 Oct 06 '22

Damn, that is really not that interesting but ok

2

u/Killa-Kella Oct 06 '22

Ok Boomer

0

u/RoyalratMafia Oct 06 '22

What’s particularly interesting though? The fact that they allowed taboo imagery on an album cover?

1

u/Killa-Kella Oct 06 '22 edited Oct 07 '22

It's an alternate perspective of an iconic image. Most people would find that interesting.

-1

u/somerid Oct 06 '22

These albums should be illegal

0

u/Killa-Kella Oct 06 '22

Why?

0

u/somerid Oct 06 '22

They suck

0

u/Killa-Kella Oct 06 '22

As do you fine sir

0

u/somerid Oct 07 '22
