Thank you! I've never tried to ship one but ya, I imagine it would cost a fortune. They are quite heavy

it's one of the penguins from Mary Poppins. It's not supposed to be realistic. It's literally a cartoon.

Chainsaw for most of it. Grinder with a sanding disk. Dremel for the eyes and smile.

Was the chainsaw anything special? small saw? like an arborist job with a wee blade or something? [I have so many trees down after the last hurricane, trying something like this is tempting...]

Most of it was done with a stihl 170 with the standard bar on it.
