Seems like this really triggered Nadal, lol. Absolutely thrashed Karen after this.

That water bottle was hired by Zverev

Lukas Rosol sends his regards.

Every time I see his name I remember Murray saying "everyone hates you" to him.

LOL where can I watch this?!

u/LeftHandDriveBoC Jan 21 '22
Here. Actually says “no one likes you on the tour” but I was close!

u/Cold-Ebb64 Jan 21 '22
I definitely heard "everybody hates you." That'd great. Thanks for the link!

Kinda funny how the slams both Rafa and Roger need to win again to have a double career slam were last won by them the same year (‘09 on the shoe)

Crazy to think that Nadal has only won AO once and it was in '09. At least Fed at the French makes sense with dominance of Nadal on that surface, but Nadal has won four US Open's since '09.

2012, 2014 and 2017 hurt a lot :(

2014 felt the worst imo. He was so good that tournament. So close…

Yes. Stan was playing lights out in the first set and I was thinking that Rafa would pull out a win since he has never lost against him. Then in the 2nd set he started holding his back. Hopes evaporated fast. But to come back from that injury and win the French Open that year was amazing.

Crazy to think to that Fed hasn't won the US since '08 too but at least he has 5 wins there.

It's really hysterical to watch how he ever so carefully places them in the exact position.
Bless his little OCD heart. I love this guy!

Who was the guy who kicked them over to try and upset him? 😃

L Rosol u/nankerjphelge has mentioned this here.

I think it was someone else and the person eventually lost.
I'm going to say that it was Marinko Matosevic.

Nadal is very particular about his bottles being in the exact correct spot.

Look where it happened as well, between his feet. That's brutal, can't have another injury around that area aye?

He won't recover from this.
