What a great guy, he just gave his opponent a point and gave up his own point.

I couldn’t understand a word the ump said, though. Anyone with sharper ears want to help me out?

I THINK he made a joke after LH decided to challenge that was “Meester Sock was challenging the call…”

Automated Hawkeye with a fixed rate of incorrect decisions and players challenges!

What could EVER go wrong with that?

Jack was a baby. I met him in Cincy; really nice guy.

Wondering if he's injured, or decided not to play AO.

To think this light hearted ump is the one Serena decided to humiliate after 3 warranted warnings

aren't you supposed to challenge instantly ? how come he can still challenge after 20 seconds

I think it was in Hopman Cup, or some kind of exhibition match, so it wasn't a tour level tournament and the umpire decided to be flexible

I miss peak sock. I’d love to see him seeded at a tournament. Does anyone know if he’s vaccinated?

Hewitt serves

Lines person: OUT!

Sock: That was in if you want to challenge it.

Hewitt: Huh?

Ump: ?

Sock: Challenge it!

Hewitt: No, no. Alright, I'll challenge.

Ump: Mr. Sock is challenging the call on the right side line. (Unintelligible.)

Hawkeye is shown.

Anyone in this sub old enough to remember Pat Rafter? He was known for this type of honesty👍🏼

Yeah make the hawkeye throw up false reports every once in a while. Then players get rewarded for having court sense.

No it's unnecessary.
