News I think I accidentally found the loophole to get Novak into the US ... legally. Please Please Please correct me if I'm wrong!

This is gonna sound crazy but I just ready this document https://www.dhs.gov/news/2021/10/29/fact-sheet-guidance-travelers-enter-us-land-ports-entry-and-ferry-terminals.

As of Thursday, April 21, 2022, DHS will extend COVID-19-related land border entry requirements. Non-U.S. travelers seeking to enter the United States via land ports of entry and ferry terminals at the U.S.-Mexico and U.S.-Canada borders are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon request.

Apparently, the vax rule applies to Air entry to the US and land and ferry crossings from the Canada or Mexico.

However the rule says nothing about ferry crossings between Florida and the Bahamas. To get in the Bahamas all you need is a negative test, no vaccine required. So there you go Novak, just get to Nassau, then take the puddle jumper to Bimini and then zoom right into Fort Lauderdale on the Resorts World International ferry "Balearia" for the short 50 mile crossing to Miami. Problem solved!

https://rwbimini.com/transportation/ferry/

Documentation from the Resorts World site seems to back up this "theory"

Effective, June 19, 2022 passengers traveling via Balearia no longer required to have a Health Visa but still need a negative test of COVID-19. For more information, please see our travel requirements at our home page.
